TALYSSA D'AVILA
Talyssa is a first generation American-Brazilian who was raised in San Diego, California. She received her Professional Bachelor of Architecture degree from Woodbury University in San Diego. She is also a licensed realtor in the state of California.
Talyssa’s experience and skill in design, construction, real estate investing, and home renovation allow her to fashion strategies for clients that add value to their homes, enhancing their salability, while making them beautiful and comfortable places to live.
Since 2015 Talyssa has been in the industry selling, designing and building/renovating homes. She developed her own projects between 2019-2024 in Minneapolis, MN. Here her and her team specialized in converting large single family properties into multi-family. While also completing projects for her clients: full house remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, custom homes, additions, and face-lifts.
Talyssa’s Brazilian style and active lifestyle inform all aspects of her work. She can help clients find modern, successful solutions to the challenges facing homeowners, home buyers, and investors. She is well versed in contemporary and traditional design. She has the skill to transform your property into your vision.
She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
